Simple functional city centre hotel in a perfect location. Bus station and train station are 25 minutes walk or two stops on the metro. Because of last minute flight cancellations and a change in plans I had booked this hotel 4 times for two stays. The staff sorted this perfectly, made sure I was in the same room and really made this simple and not any problem. I am full of praise for them because of this. The hotel is comfortable, clean, big rooms and good bathroom. It is located two minutes from the main metro station next to the main government buildings right in the centre of Sofia and so perfect for all sightseeing, most things are walkable including the departure point for the Rilla monastery trip. There is a small cafe for coffee and simple breakfast right at the door and lots of bigger restaurants nearby.

Location to subway at Serdica is great.
The carpet stains were pretty bad. The bedding had a strong chemical smell. The shower was moldy at the bottom and the shower drain was so slow that it created a virtual lake at my feet.
