Good location, big room with balcony
Two lights were not working, one of them in the bathroom so I had to keep the door open with the lights out on in order to see. Other than that it was good,

The location is excellent. The hotel is comfortable. I felt well looked after. Access to the rest of the city is easy. Trams are close by. The closest Metro station, Serdika, goes directly to the airport.
There is a lot of noise from the trams from 6am. Disabled access is limited. There are steps up to the lift.

Room on second floor was covered in thick dust. Carpet not vacuumed properly. It was covered in previous occupants long hair. Bathroom was clean but flooring was badly stained Very off putting. Foul smell as you entered the building. Won't be back.
Improve cleanliness. Upgrade bathroom. Do something about smell at entrance to the building. Planted at front door on pavement need replaced. Very shabby and full of litter.
