We had a terrible stay, bad organized, very hot room in the winter, cant cool, only open window,which makes the room like a fridge then. Absolutely terrible. Some staff was amazing, the other half was absolutely terrible

Manager was helpful but staff will turn down any request. That aside the rooms are fine but am sure there could be better.

Go in thinking 4 star. No hot water, polyester sheets, front desk rude, phone didn’t work, no smart tv, you can’t control the heat in your room so it’s too hot or too cold. No solutions from front desk, they just say yes yes and do nothing. Room is not 5 star but It’s good normal kinda nice, clean. You have to wear shower cap in pool
Best part was the coffee in the morning, it was so good and breakfast is 7 to 11, so lots of time to enjoy
