We stayed ten nights… felt hotel could’ve offered some kind of bonus. Location was central. Rooms quiet. Clean
Rooms too big. Smaller would’ve been cosier. For a 5star decor could’ve been more exciting

The hotel is definitely one of the best in the Balkans. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room, which had endless comforts and amenities, was very clean. The staff in the casino as well as at breakfast were very helpful. It is also worth a try at the Vienna restaurant.

The spa area was pleasant but it wasn't as cozy as it is supposed to be in a spa. They allowed us to have a late checkout which was definitely nice. Our view from the room was amazing.
It's a business hotel, it doesn't include the spa in the room price which is kind of frustrating, the cleanliness could be improved, some services are grossly overpriced (e.g. parking is 40 leva per day which is insane) overall I wouldn't visit again. The window in our room wasn't closing properly and we were hearing noises throughout the night. Some of the food from the breakfast buffet was clearly old and dry ( 1-2 days old but still noticable).
