- Central location – a 4–5 minute walk from the National Palace of Culture.
- Renovated building.
- Cleanliness.
- The breakfast is basic, but I didn’t find it bad. It includes bread, jam, eggs, olives, cheese, feta-style cheese, salami, ham, tomatoes, and cucumber.
- Access to the building and the room via code – very convenient, especially for late check-in outside regular hours.
- One night there was a really bad sewage smell

Location is great. Clean room and one of the two receptionists was a great guy.
The female receptionist was a little bit rude and seemed like she did not enjoy doing her job. Also, the room had a very bad smell but if you opened the window for 5 minutes, it was ok afterwards.
