Newly renovated luxury hotel at affordable rate. Impeccable cleanness, helpful staff, amazing breakfast. Well connected to public transportation, great for teleworking. Many choices for restaurants and a supermarket (Kaufland) in walking distance.

Great location and overall excellent facilities. The hotel is very suitable for events and conferences, with well-organized spaces. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The property feels well-maintained and recently renovated.
We experienced a small inconvenience related to our reservation, which caused some initial confusion during check-in. Fortunately, the situation was resolved by the staff. It seems like this could occasionally happen with third-party booking systems, but I believe it was an isolated case.

Room size was nice and the view from the location is great, as soon as you are in the higher floors. Breakfast serving staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Location is very good.
Bass booming from restaurant/club about 10 floors above late into the night. Bathroom was not fully cleaned on arrival. Reception staff is not unfriendly, but not 4 stars either. Too expensive for what it offers, which is on par with other 3 star hotels in Sofia I have stayed in recently.
