The Royal Suite with Ocean View was incredible. Vast room with the most beautiful view over the pool and out over the sea so you can sit and admire the sunset going down over Mt Agung in Bali. Staff were all charming.
The water pressure in our room was terrible. As soon as anyone else in the building was showering we had no water. A hotel of this quality needs to install a water pump. Although the staff were lovely, the service at the restaurant was slow. Lots of staff milling around not being very efficient. On our first day we had eaten all our breakfast by the time coffee arrived, Pancakes one day were raw and then soft boiled eggs came with runny egg whites so not wildly impressed by the quality of breakfast. Luckily there are three other outstanding restaurants on the same beach.

Loved the villa with private pool, friendly staff, room service for cocktails and food, views over the ocean from the restaurant.
