We absolutely loved our stay at Sheraton Sengiggi! The hotel is beautiful, on the beach and the restaurants at the hotel were amazing. The staff were super lovely and always willing to help with anything

Every staff interaction was outstanding. Greeted warmly each and every time, Tiwi from Guest Services was exceptional checking with us each day, and further organising a special day for my wife's birthday.
People that save pool and beach chairs then walk off for other activities grind my gears. This is an issue in many hotels.

Staff were amazing, bed was very comfortable
Toilet in room constantly blocked.
Motorcycle noise outside was extremely irritating during a festival they had.
