Awesome staff, so friendly. Accommodation was brilliant. Food also very good. The setting and the very close proximity to the beach was great. You might be lucky to see turtles whilst snorkelling.

I am being very picky but it would be nice for the restaurant prices to include tax and service charges.

We were just pampered by the staff as soon as we got there. They were all so sweet and happy and communicative that it felt a bit like a family. As for the hotel, it is very well maintained and clean and the location is amazing. Spectacular sunsets and cozzy dinners. We went to a couple of restaurants in the neighbourhood but nothing was actually comparable to this hotel, so we just decided to dine there for the rest of our stay. The breakfasts were also very good and thoughtful of Western flavours. The quietness of the place makes it 1st class hotel. The beach is very good as you can get easily in the sea in some parts of it and swim and snorkel. The rooms are very spacious, clean and you can hear perfectly the sound of the sea. After a week there, we did not want to leave, and we all did actually miss it during the next days. That definitely means something!

Everything! From the little welcome note, the slippers, the bathrobes, the food, the facilities and the friendly staff. The view of Mt Agung with the infinity pool was a gorgeous view.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. The hotel is right on the beach which is clean and swimmable. The food was very good, we ended up eating dinner there most nights. The hospitality was great. Special thanks go out to Dini and Windri at the restaurant who were lovely. Best massage of my life at the resort spa.

The cocktails were very light, they could use more alcohol. Would be great if gym had a cable machine. If you are a light sleeper I suggest packing some earplugs for the beach front villas as the waves can be quite loud during the night but this is not critisism towards the resort.
