It’s location - wonderful views that felt magical. There’s also a small beach outside which was kept clean.
We liked both pools, friendly staff and really good food. A special mention to Compeng in the restaurant for his service and recommendations for local food on the menu (pan-dan coconut pancakes were so good) and Ken for taking the time to talk to us about Lombok’s history.
Nothing! We would love to go back but it’s such a long way from the UK

Direct private beach acces. Friendly staff, great location n private. Good food served. Love the ocean view. Also especially love the massage. It really rejunivate and helps me relaxed
Room can be a bit dark. Especially the shower area since its outside.
