Facilitied & resort was amazing
Did not realise that famiky units were over the road & not in the resort. Should advise. We would have bookef two rooms ratger than a family room

A truly wonderful stay in Lombok! 🌴✨ Beautiful resort, peaceful surroundings, great pools, lovely atmosphere, a great resort if you have kids. Everything was perfect from start to finish, making it a place we would happily return to. ❤️
Maybe the service at the Italian restaurant can be better.

Very big resort with different types of rooms. The Staff at the front desk is very welcoming! A special Thank you to the Receptionist YULIARTA, who was very helpful regarding my reservation, so kind and professional! Thank you again. :)
The rooms are large and comfortable.
Many facilities and a few activities for the kids, etc. There is a Spa and the massages that I booked were amazing! Thank you to NUFUS and also her Mentor, there were incredible! Clean and nice Spa. There are a few places where to eat, on site. The food is usually just ok. The breakfast buffet was nice and you have choices. The BEST according to me was the beach and the sea... SEAFRONT! ❤️ You literally can eat in front of the ocean, a stunning view. And BEST SUNSET of all Lombok. ;-) Sometimes they do a dinner buffet with live music and great musicians. Magical sphere! ✨️ 🌿 On the very long beach (gold sand and clean), right in front of the hotel, you can book a surf lesson with LEE (for about 20 usd only!!!), all levels welcome, and buy nice gifts and souvenirs such as the beautiful cards, ask for HAMBA. 👌 Good location, with other restaurant near the hotel, it s only a 10 minutes drive from the Senggigi port. And there are almost always a few taxis at the entrance, which is convenient. I stayed there 3 nights in total. First night in an incredible suite, then in a Tropical Garden Chalet with a terrace and ocean view, for the other 2 nights! It was such a nice experience and I hope to be back. I highly recommend Holiday Resort Lombok! ❤️

Old tired rooms
The initial room was awful and didn’t have the room configuration we requested weeks ago . After complaining we were given a room with a double king bed
