Dry clean and the staff were fantastic. Private pool was great. Breakfast was really good and walking distance to the beach and some of the Senggigi beach clubs. They also provide a buggy service to the immediate area which was really convenient.

Could be a bit noisy at times.

Unbeatable views and comfortable rooms combined with good value make this hotel a great choice when staying in Lombok and wanting to visit the waterfalls or Gili islands. We enjoyed the one bedroom villa and restaurant has decent choices for food.

I wouldn't spend extra money to book a room with private pool. Temperature is very cold which does not make swimming enjoyable, we only used it for about 5 minutes per day because it was too cold, should be at least controlled to 30 C. Another major issue is the noise from the mosque. We live in an islamic country and are used to prayer time, but Lombok takes to to a whole new level with extremely loud speakers, and prayers lasting 15-30 minutes. The hotel could have built better soundproofing in the rooms.

it’s a nice resort, staffs are super friendly. Restaurant is nice.

1. We booked a two-bedroom villa, but unfortunately the private pool was extremely dirty upon check-in — we could not even see the pool stairs clearly. The staff informed us it would take about one hour to clean; however, even after two days, the pool remained in the same condition. The staff members were very kind and made multiple attempts to clean it, but the issue was never resolved. They offered four hours of complimentary massage and allowed us to use another one-bedroom villa’s pool, which we appreciated, but this did not fully compensate for the inconvenience of not being able to use the pool in the villa we booked. 2. Additionally, when the staff member escorted us to our villa and showed us around, he entered both the villa and our bedroom wearing dirty shoes. I politely asked him to remove his shoes, but he did not do so and only apologized verbally. 3. Lastly, the villa was extremely noisy. There was loud singing coming from a nearby mosque that continued throughout the night without interruption. We understand that it was Ramadan and respect religious practices; however, the noise made it impossible for us to sleep. Although the hotel provided earplugs, we are traveling with a one-year-old baby who cannot use them. As a result, our baby was unable to sleep well during our stay. Overall, while we appreciate the friendliness of the staff, our experience was significantly affected by these issues.
