The lady at the reception desk was very welcoming, extremely helpful and kind. She got me organized, found a fine restaurant nearby and was very friendly. All much appreciated. I think her name was Elene or something like that. Sorry to have misplaced that info. I would definitely return.

Slightly shabby but with character. Dinner on terrace was enjoyable. We had a gorgeous big room with lovely bathroom.

Weird area - seemed a bit like an industrial estate on the edge of a golf course.

Remote location, not easy to reach . They give me a room in the south top part, very hot, no air conditioning in the whole place which I understand but also no ventilator available! Opening the windows makes a lot of bugs comes in. The curtain was very small and I was awake at 5 am from the light. Spiders all over the place, I was sting by one. The under sheet was a cheap ikea ( plastic) which made the whole sleeping experience in this weather horrible

Nice location, although a sign indictating the location of the hotel would help (= missing !!!). The hotel is very nicely situated. And the staff members are really nice! Excellent breakfast.

A sign indictating the location of the hotel would when arriving by car will help (= missing !!!) The only big disappointment was: No water in the morning! There was a totally unannounced cut of the water supply. So taking a shower or wet shaving was impossible.

The room was confortable , good size and pretty. Good bathroom

I arrived at night and it wasn’t easy to find Expensive for the pets 30 euros and not even a dog bed or a water bowl

We received a very warm welcome on our arrival and all the staff during our stay were very courteous and kind, always giving extra effort above and beyond our expectations to ensure our stay was perfect and enjoyable. They also gave us helpful tips on places to visit in the local area. We ate dinner a few times during our stay, and the food was always creatively presented and tasted excellent, cooked to a high standard and often better than the same dishes offered in Paris. It was served in a very pleasant setting, outside under the trees. The breakfast was also lovely with a good selection of bread & pastries, fresh fruit juices, jam, honey, meat and cheese. The coffee was superb and you could also choose to have your eggs as an omelette or fried. Our room was large and spacious with lots of natural light coming from the tall windows, overlooking the trees and with views far across the valley. We appreciated having lots of cupboard space to store our clothes during the stay. The bathroom was also spacious with a bath and separate shower, with fluffy towels and a complimentary bathrobe. The bed was comfortable too, with an extra pillow if needed. The hotel is located on top of a hill, very quiet and calm and really nice for those wanting to come and relax. We took the opportunity of using the excellent e-bikes provided by the hotel and enjoyed a few days exploring the nearby towns and countryside. The village of Pontoise is only a 5min drive away, or a 30min walk if you are travelling without a car. Honestly, everything was perfect and we could not have wished for a better stay. We would highly recommend this location to other travellers!

The staff were very friendly and the dinner was very good & tasty , it was a warm night and we sat outside ..

I was up in the attic and it was very warm with little windows, a fan would have been nice
