What a super well-appointed room ! 5th floor double looking over the city. Loved it! And I never needed to use ear plugs provided. Lovely assorted lighting and heated drying rack in bathroom. Yay! Olga and all desk staff welcoming and engaging. I appreciate that :)

Excellent room. Very nice breakfast (including fresh waffles). Great location for exploring the old town, whilst right on the airport bus route and close to the railway station.

The staff and the breakfasts were excellent
The carpet in the room was disgusting with heavy stains that looked awful I wanted to clean the carpet for the hotel so that the next people wouldn’t see it
