Hestia Hotel Draugi

Room was pretty good, with a small balcony looking out over the street. In room facilities were modern and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff were great. They even sent us off with a picknick breakfast when we left for the airport at 5am.

There were some bars in the area that were a bit noisy at night

Location perfect - easy to reach everything in the old Riga. Breakfast good. Double room on the 5th floor big enough.

Note that during the weekends the bars are open till 6 am and the noices from them might disturb.

To noisy night time

The breakfast was decent. Admittedly, the scrambled eggs were made from powder, but there was also porridge, white and brown bread, some vegetables and salads, and herring. The location is convenient but noisy.

Room service needs improvement. Different room sizes at the same price. The washbasin was cracked. The mirror on the wardrobe was also damaged. The armchair had a stain in the middle. The fridge is a joke. The room was not cleaned even after requesting it. Only the towels were changed, but the rest of the room was not cleaned. There were no bottles of water in the room, and tea was not replenished for several days. Compared to the standard a few years ago - a definite decline.
