Location and room size

Breakfast. It's in a dark pub nextdoor as the hotel has no kitchen and restaurant outlet of its own. The hotel is modern, bright and stylish. The pub is dark, squeezed and smells of the 'night before' (beer and other odours - just not what one wants first thing in the morning... We sat outside the first day but had to constantly fight the pigeons and sparrows off. They walked across all the tables. There is no staff helping outside. The other great disappointment was the b'fast itself (my personal opinion only). For this nice type of hotel, this breakfast is very poor. I would suggest to check the competition. In 2026 breakfasts offer nuts dried fruits, bananas, fruit salads, non sugary yogurt- HEALTHY choices. Here the only healthy choice was olives, cucumber and tomato (not my kind of breakfast). And the worst of all- the coffee! Where in 2026 in a nice hotel don't you get freshly ground coffee. The city is full of nice cafes with quality roast coffees. At this hotel breakfast coffe comes from a machine, but its at best a 'nescafe 2 in 1'- freeze dried coffee powder with slightly sweet milk powder and water. I take better coffee on treks in the high mountains. Breakfast in 2026 in a nice hotel like this one without roasted coffee is an absolute no no! Don't bother to include breakfast in your stay... It takes away from the nice sides of the hotel.

Location is incredible; quite literally in the middle of the Old Town. The rooms are modern, clean, spacious and felt luxurious. Staff were tremendously helpful, friendly and professional. It was the best choice and I would easily stay again a million times.

Very unique experience at the heart of the old town. Cozy and easy feeling around. Breakfast is very good, selection more than enough.

Just in front of the building No. 5 the air conditioners of the opposite house might be very noisy. At the pub where the breakfast is served is an unusually dark inside and it’s confusing morning feeling to be awaken such way.
