Location, quiet location ( though could hear someone snore in other room), spacious room, good quality for this price. Pet-friendly. Excellent instructions before arriving.

We stayed in the apartment on the top floor. We were able to check in early which was nice. You also get your own private bathroom and kitchen in this apartment, plus a terrace. The location is great and only took us a couple of minutes to walk into the main square. It was very reasonably priced.
As it was self check-in, there was no one to speak to, so it took us a while to find out certain things like having to turn the boiler switch on to get hot water. The bath had hairs in it and the beds were quite uncomfortable. There is also no blinds for the top windows which was frustrating because the sun rises very early in the summer.
