    Rooms were clean and supplied with some amenities. It felt quite empty whilst I was there (mid Feb), often with only 1 other group at breakfast and several attentive waiters. The room I was in had heating you could control but despite this one night was quite cold, perhaps due to the positioning of the heater in the inner window it won’t circulate in the room unless you keep the curtains open (which isn’t ideal as the first window faces the common stairwell) and even then isn’t blowing particularly warm air. Note - if you are a light sleeper, the the hotel has thin walls/floors, there will be noise from the club music at night (bass sounds), and you can hear every step on the ground from the room above, which is particularly noticeable when the cleaners are vacuuming in the morning. This was the case even for rooms without an outside window. Like many hotels there are attempts to come across as polished whilst taking shortcuts, for instance the breakfast was well presented but the actual quality of the ingredients was fairly low.

    This is a really nice little hotel with great staff and an excellent location. Because it is so small and a "mid-terrace" building a lot of the rooms have no windows. Ours was one of these and it was impossible to keep the room cool enough to sleep. The A/C did not work and there was no ventilation or means to switch off the heating. Otherwise really nice

    Great location. Breakfast was spot on. Staff were very friendly. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again as the shower was only luke warm (at best) every day. Reported this but it didn’t get better. If you like cold showers though you’re all good!

    Our fridge wasn't working on our arrival yesterday We kept reminding them to have it checked as we bought milk which needed to be put in fridge AC wasn't cooling the room enough We reported it but nothing was done This afternoon they brought us another fridge Room 302 looks tired
