The Benjamin House is an excellent place to stay in Riga, with all sight seeing spots within short walking distance. Such a stunning house with beautiful original features and a mix of modern art throughout. Comfy bed, clean rooms, breakfast theres a lot of choice.

The architecture is a true pleasure of an experience, highly recommendable.
The bar was especially lovely, both the decor and the staff.
I would have appreciated a mattress protector under the sheets as an extra barrier and comfort and hygiene.

The location is optimal. Central and close to old town, right next to the park. The building itself is nice, with many beautiful art pieces inside.
Unfortunately, a few things were a miss. I was there for almost a week and through this time my bed was made once. There were clear attempts that someone was in the process of making it at one point, but it was never finished. Other times it was missed completely despite having my towels changed. An empty mini-fridge and a lack of front desk staff are also things I would have wanted to see, perhaps.
