Great Location, close to a Shopping mall and the Main Train Station. Very close to some of the Main tourist areas. The kitchen was well equipped and the room was quite spacious.
Wifi was very bad, worked 2h out of our entire stay

An absolutely tidy place, very clean. Also very quiet, and they have a good price for what they offer, its really worth it
If you have mobility issues, it might not be for you, as the entrance is on the 5th floor of a building with no elevator.

Close to old town and train station. Clean.
An insane amount of street noise. "City view" here means the house accross the road. "Soundproofing" here means you can follow every conversation in adjacent rooms. For some reason when bigger vehicles pass the whole building shakes. Same for heavy walkers in the building. Showers were broken, may be fixed after I left.
