The pool was excellent and a real highlight, especially for families. The restaurant is nice, and the location is very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and helpful, which contributed positively to our stay.
The room lacked air conditioning, which made it uncomfortably warm, particularly at night. In addition, the restaurant was understaffed in the evening, resulting in longer waiting times and a somewhat rushed atmosphere.
