The receptionist was always kind and friendly. He let us check in early (they have plenty of rooms). I liked that the check-out time was 12. The room was nice and clean and quiet, but the bathroom could have been cleaned better. The bed was comfy, and the location was great — no need to drag your suitcase to the center since it’s right next to the Hbf. Happy that I chose this hotel! 😊

Heating is almost not functioning. only cold air inthe room.Encountered one time no hot water.Breakfast need to have more variety.The room is not vacuumed during housekeeping.Cleaning standard is not consistent.
