Very good location, friendly English speaking staff. Easy to reach both the railway station and the city center.
The location of the toilet paper roll in the bathroom/toilet is far from be optimal, it is very hard to reach it. Also, I did not understood how to fix the windows in the micro-ventilation position. They are either quite wide open or tight closed!

Very good location - next to the Holstentor. Varied and delicious breakfast. Possibility to have dinner in the Italian restaurant right in the hotel. The restaurant not only had a delicious dinner, but also a fireplace with a live fire! It would only be good if the restaurant had also had a little German cuisine.
Although the hotel has an Italian restaurant, it would be nice to try some German food as well.
