La ubicación, justo al lado del Mercado de Abastos, perfecta para ir a todos los lugares de interés dando un paseo. El apartamento, perfecto, cómodo y la terraza muy bonita. Zona silenciosa.

Nada, por poner un apunte, las escaleras son complicadas para familias con carritos y personas mayores. Si vas con equipaje ligero, merece la pena ver amanecer delante de la Torre Tavira.

Solo un baño, y dentro de la habitación.

good location central to get everywhere, and a 15 min walk to the station, nice outside area, good fridge freezer

this place with a little love and vision could be so much better, it seems to me the people who run it don't really care about the small details like having to go to a different location to get the keys rather than being met and then not being able to get in to that location as it needed a door code that hadn't been previously been provided. a few observations, there are no toiletries as advertised, i have had to wash both pillow cases as both were dirty, the bbq is unusable in its current location and the glass in the bathroom is disgusting and has not been changed, there was filthy toilet paper on the floor behind the door and there are no cleaning products to look after the apartment that i can find as advertised, also finally someone has been smoking in the apartment prior to my arrival, i do not expect to pay 420 euros and have to deal with these issues whilst on holiday, then I contacted the custodian about these issues and at first they were apologetic then they got defensive and denied there was any real problem and the description of the apartment was accurate as far as they were concerned, which it wasn't, to be fair they did reimburse 25 euros as a token, I would rather have had less hassle.
