The Estudio Amor BRUJO is located in a historic 19th century estate, where the composer Manuel de Falla lived and which has been completely rehabilitated in 2023, preserving original details with a special charm.
It is excellently located in the middle of Calle Ancha de Cádiz, one of the most important commercial streets in the city, a step away from Plaza San Antonio and Plaza del Palillero, the nerve centers of Cadiz life.
The studio has capacity for 4 people thanks to its comfortable sofa bed located in the living room. In addition, although it is in the heart of Cádiz, the noise will not bother you as it is an interior home, so you ensure the best possible rest and disconnection thanks, in addition, to its community chill out located on the top floor of the building
It has a quality WiFi connection with which you can make calls over the Internet since coverage could be limited depending on the room and your telephone operator.
The studio has a living-dining room, a beautiful kitchen equipped with an oven, a bedroom with a very comfortable bed and a bathroom with an accessible shower.
Do not worry about bringing a hair dryer, iron, sheets or towels because you will find them upon arrival. Even if you come for more than a week, we will leave extra sheets and towels in the bedroom closet.
Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist lease upon check-in (according to Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

This space is in a very attractive part of central Cadiz, walking distance to just about everything. It's very convenient and quiet even when the street is busy. The staff is very responsive and helpful.
To be very picky, the only thing I would suggest would be higher quality linens for the bed, but that's just me looking for something to suggest. Everything was very good.

Don't rent if you are taller than 6'2"/188cm. The passage between the living room and kitchen is only that high.

Very good. Full of room. Silent in January. Good hard mattress. Rooftop terrace. No windows opening on the outdoor directly.
