Cet appartement bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement au cœur de la vieille ville, à deux pas du marché et de la plage. Malgré tout, il est extrêmement silencieux, ce qui est très agréable pour se reposer. Il est situé au 3ème étage mais l’immeuble dispose d’un ascenseur, ce qui est très pratique. La literie est assez confortable, de même que le canapé. La cuisine est plutôt bien équipée. Enfin, la communication avec l'agence de location a été fluide. L'équipe est professionnelle et réactive.
Le robinet du lavabo de la salle de bain n’est pas pratique (trop court), et je ne suis pas parvenue à obtenir de l’eau chaude. Cela concerne uniquement le lavabo de la salle de bain, la douche est ok et l’évier de la cuisine aussi. De plus un torchon serait appréciable (avec quoi essuyer la vaisselle ???). La terrasse est agréable mais n’est ensoleillée qu’en milieu d’après-midi. Je m’en suis moins servi que prévu.

The position was fantastic, right in the middle of the old town, close to the central market. The roof terrace was well positioned for the sun. The kitchen was well equipped. The Cadiz4Rentals staff were friendly and helpful.
The bedroom was damp. The sofa was old and badly stained. The patio door blew open in the wind, because the lock was broken and the blinds weren't easy to use. 2 of the 4 patio chairs were broken. The flat needs refreshing.
