the staff were exemplary and went beyond the expectations to satisfy our needs/wishes.
the hotel is ideally located for long hikings but also to explore the nearby city centre.
Eupen as such is a little gem.
we were unfortunately staying a night during which a large crowd was gathered in the adjacent public outdoor event place to follow together the emission of an important football competition. The noise-isolation of the windows was amazingly good but then the temperature in the room with closed windows was not comfortable. The municipality's cleaning services started their work six hours after the outdoor party had finished.

The location of the place is good. And the breakfast was generous.
We asked for double bed and we got twin bed. We didn't sleep well. It could be the bed or the street noise. The room was an old room, didn't look like at all what I saw in the pictures
