The people first !! Then the location! Quaint small hotel. Perfect for what we needed and very accommodating to my party if 5. The pillows were very nice we just needed more. When we left they helped us get a car to the cruise terminal snd that was also a great experience.

Good location to restaurants and bars.
I had booked balcony room but was given one without on the 4th floor and told they changed us because there was only two of us, we realised our room hadn't been cleaned properly. The bathroom bin was full when we arrived and there was a bug squashed to the wall and smeared over it, the room was squared up and restocked but not the bug. We have stayed here before and it's changed for the worse, we had returned here to stay while we scattered my grandmother ashes. They took the ground floor toliets and kitchen away to squeeze in more rooms, so no breakfast.
