Perfect location, can’t be better. Good price. Easy instructions for check in/out. Very clean with comfortable furniture. It was really home feeling.

The quirkiness, the central location, the peace and quiet, and the value for money. The contact person/owner was faultless in communications leading up to my arrival,
I wouldn't recommend it for elderly customers as it's a bit of a hike up those stairs. This is by no means a negative comment, just an observation

Amazing location, so much around, but so quiet at the property. A slice of bliss in the middle of the hustle and bustle that is Amsterdam.
Host was lovely, room was so comfy, from the bed to the terrace.
Yes there are stairs and yes they are steep, but that is Amsterdam for you, but only two flights which is better than a lot of places.
Only down side was the outdoor light, it is auto which is great getting back to property in the dark. But we happened to be visiting during a heat wave, with the door open during the evening to cool off, it kept activating. Would be nice to be able to switch off if needed, just worried it would annoy surrounding neighbours
