Pillows too hard. Towels a bit too thin

Great location. Away from built up areas, nice bars and restaurants near by. Had an issue with original room, the team member who helped swap our room went above and beyond to help us. Every team member we spoke to at the hotel were friendly.
The photos on booking.com oversell the look of the actual rooms. Rooms more basic than photos

loved the location and vintage-like interior, the luggage storage was really handy and the staff was super friendly too
there wasn't any air-conditioning, which, on the other hand, we knew in advance, so it wasn't such a big deal

The location is not perfect. Staff are great.
This property has no lift, and when on the top floor it is a very long way.
