We booked a room with private bathroom. It’s a small room, but good enough for our stay. There was a water cooker and some tea / coffee. Very friendly staff. Great central location.
They provided handsoap and shampoo, not bodywash. Room was clean, but we did find a bandaid that was draped high over the showerdoor.

Staff are super friendly and very helpful Room has some good space and is cleaned everyday It was on the ground floor, so we didn't have issue with stairs Room temperature was good with the small fan, although there was a heat wave on those days Location is amazing, it is in quite neighborhood but close to tram and main attractions It is close to a central park, which was good for my toddler to walk and play
They won't check you in before 3 PM, but we left the luggage in the reception area. Room need some deep cleaning (ceiling and under the bed) Pillows were not comfortable Wifi was available but wasn't so good

The location was great and the bathroom was nice.
The beds springs was poking us and it was extremely light in the room.
