    We stayed for 3 nights. Check in was at 3 pm and there was many people waiting to check in. Hotel could have checked people in and given them the key at 3 pm. İnstead that made everybody wait and there was so many people waiting in line to check in. İt was more than 1 hour that we had to wait. We have been to more than 50 hotels before but first time we was made to wait like children waiting inLine for food in school. There was one lady working before a shift change and she was the reason everyone was waiting. We asked her name to complain but she would give it to us. Finally we checked in and room floor was very dirty. Room hade very thin walls you can hear everything nextdoor. We had 2 single beds side by side. We kindly asked if they could put a double bed sheet in it to hold the bed together but the same rude lady at reception set no we can not do that in a very rude manner. We ended up arguing and said it a very simple thing that we are asking for. After a few minutes explaining how uncomfortable it was to sleep as a couple. She finally she ok. And our sheet was changed. İt was very stressful to speak with her and made our stay in this hotel a very unpleasant one. İ insisted in finding her name but she just wouldn't give it to us. We we insisted she said she would call the police so me and my wife smiled and walk out. All we know about her is that she var from Russia. I'm only writing this because maybe something will have a few words with her. All the other staff was fine. And respectfull.

    Dirty towels in our room, as well in our friends' room. Poor service over all. No elevator and the stairs were really narrow, difficult to bring the bags up. We had to do a 100 € "safety deposit" upon arrival, this was not advertised in the booking confirmation. Good central location, however.

    45 minute walk from train station. It's a little far out from the city center. The room was the smallest room I've ever seen and it was scotching hot(June stay) Also a long walk up tiny stairs. You could hear all the people coming by as they left came in.
