I stayed at this place for 3 nights. I can't fault the check in staff on arrival. But after being served coffee and hot chocolate for breakfast each morning at the reception on the final morning just before checking out I was told the coffee station was closed till 11am. Very unhappy check out!

Was perfectly fine, only a couple minor complaints like the door of the room slamming when entering and leaving, the room smelling of smoke and the shower floor completely floods so you can't put anything on the ground and there isn't much room to put things in there. Was fine for a night though. Staff were nice.

Had a great experience here until bed bugs from the hostel stuck to my bag and got taken with me to my next accommodation which was my sisters house that had NO prior issues in the past or any way of tracing them in the house before. I hate to give this review because I met some great people and had a fun time especially in the Karoke event but I have bites all over from this hostel. Be aware and careful of it.
