    It was a great location outside the busy city. Access to both train trams, and busy. They also have washing machines that you can pay for and use.

    The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, even better than in the city center. The environment was comfortable and not noisy. Buses and trams were right outside the hotel.

    Modern, swanky feel - room was surprisingly spacious — a rare find in Europe. The shower is on the smaller side but perfectly manageable. The one real drawback was the air conditioning. Agoda lists rooms as having aircon, but it's a different technology from a typical unit and just isn't very effective — quite warm at night On the plus side, the front desk staff were super helpful, and the kitchen was fully equipped with a kettle, fridge, knives, and cutlery. The reception area even has a little mini-mart with espresso, yoghurt, beer, and chocolate. There's also a handy laundry facility on the 1st floor (small charge) and a lovely terrace on the 4th floor that's great for relaxing. Location-wise, it's super convenient — right by Sloterdijk station, with the airport barely 20 minutes away.

    The AC is just a climate control system that’s centrally monitored the panel placed in the room doesn’t work and the bedroom in the deluxe apartment is claustrophobic. Poor room service and hospitality.
