    The hotel is located 20min walk from the station, if you catch the bus it should not be too bad. To my surprise there was no minibar (mind you this is a 4 star hotel). Also, air con did not work and the room felt like a sauna. When we tried to call the reception at around 10pm, there was no responses. We then texted them on the WhatsApp number but no responses. The next morning, we mentioned this to the receptionist and she said she did not work last night, very irresponsible! This is the worst 4star hotel we have ever been too.

However, the value for money didn't quite meet expectations, and the facilities could use some improvement to match the quality of service provided. Overall, it's a decent choice if you're prioritizing location and service.
