    It was our second time staying here and the staff is still as nice as last time. Our toom did have a bit of wear and tear as the shower buttons were a bit broken and only one part of the toilet flusher was working. Despite this the room was again comfortable and it's always nice to stay here when attending a concert in the area. Breakfast is good for a good start of the day.

    Great hotel in a good location next to Bijlmer Arena station. Easy access to central Amsterdam. Room is clean and modern, and staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast had a variety selection but everyday has the same food. Scrambled eggs, hotdogs, baked beans in tomatoes sauce, small Dutch pancakes, breads, ham, yoghurt, coffee, tea and self-make waffles with selections of jams available on weekdays only. In weekends, the peak hours are between 0800hr to 0900hr which you’ll need to reserve your seat with a red card collect from the hotel front desk. In daily basic, you can opt for not to have room service and to have soft drinks, alcohol and wine (red or white but not allow to choose in the menu). There’re a few restaurants besides the hotel and an Albert Heijn supermarket. Overall, a comfortable and good-value stay for short trips.

    This hotel was a fantastic choice for our stay. Its location is incredibly convenient - situated right opposite both the metro and train station, making travel very easy. The breakfast included was excellent and offered great value. Rooms were comfortable and met our needs well. we also appreciated the thoughtful initiative of offering a complimentary drink to guests who opted out of daily cleaning. overall, a very pleasant experience and great value for money

    8 nights stay -My stay started off poorly. The first room had a broken air conditioner that was stuck on high, making the room feel like a sauna, and the safe didn’t work either. I was moved to another room, but unfortunately the TV in that room didn’t work. The room itself was simple and fairly nice, but it lacked some basic conveniences for business travelers. There was nowhere to hang clothes and no ironing board. The shower also tends to overflow if you take anything longer than a very quick shower. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The location is also very good, with several restaurants nearby, which made getting meals easy. However, the beds were extremely hard and there was only one small pillow. I ended up putting towels under the pillow just to make it feel somewhat comfortable. Overall, the great location and helpful staff are the main positives. Without those, this would feel more like a two-star hotel.
