Very clean and huge room. Facilities of the room and hotel were good. Location was great - Close to restaurants, supermarkets and Museums. Easy access to Trams and walkable. The staff were lovely and took our bags to our room for us. we had some issues with taps, but that was fixed very quickly. we would stay again.
As its an old house converted there were extremely steep stairs to negotiate. Elevator to one floor, and then you had to walk down the step stairwell to the room. The bath room had an open shower area so you needed to clear the floor of water after each shower before you put the mat down.

Location.
The room and bed were tiny. Couldn’t fit in it properly. They say house keeping is from 10am - 3pm yet you leave at 10 and only try come back at 3pm to find the room still hasn’t been made and then you get a knock at 3:30 for house keeping.
