    Almost excellent service! Room is clean and always kept tidy, common toilet also clean. Only problem is the non-functional lift/elevator. It’s really hard to to climb a very steep and narrow staircase with luggages.

    it’s nice for the price and clean ish. the view was nice from the room but it was a shared bathroom which was meh but they provided shampoo which is nice. the staff was cool and the lobby was open 24-7 with someone at the desk which made us feel safe. it was also very close to the tourist attraction and close to the public transport.

    Very old building, no air conditioner, no lift, no basic room facilities (eg kettle, cups, drinking water and etc.). Clean towels only provided upon request. Other than body/ hair shampoo, nothing else is provided. With the same price, can definitely get better hotel than this!

    we decided to cheap out and come here - moral of the story is to pay the extra 50/100 euros to stay somewhere thats clean - the toilet and shower facilities were fine but the bed and bedroom was filthy, crumbs and dirty and stains all over the bed and it clearly hadnt been cleaned in at least a year
