I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and will be booking again when I next visit my family
The hotel was lovely and clean and the rooms were a good size. I really enjoyed the breakfast which provided good choice and set you up for the day. The hotel was not too far from the airport but would take you around 30 minutes to get into the centre of Amsterdam. I was visiting family and this hotel was close to them. Will definitely go back.

We had such a great stay at Grand Hotel Amstelveen! The front desk staff were absolutely fantastic — so friendly, welcoming, and professional. They really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, which made the whole experience much nicer. The room was spotless and very cozy, with everything I needed. You can tell they really care about keeping things clean and well-maintained. The hotel itself has excellent facilities, which made my stay easy and relaxing. From start to finish, everything just felt smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend Grand Hotel Amstelveen to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay with staff who genuinely make you feel at home.
The hotel is quite far from the city center, and there are no convenience stores, supermarkets, or even small shops within walking distance. This made simple things, like grabbing a snack, a drink, or other necessities, surprisingly difficult. It really felt “off the reservation” — very isolated, with little to do nearby.
