Nice airport hotel

The breakfast was great and it has a convenient connection with the airport via its own shuttle bus (if it runs). The bed was very comfortable and the rooms seem to be freshly redecoratd. The building was sound proof so you do not hear the nearby airport. All you would like is an airport hotel.

The hotel shuttle bus did not run around 1:00 AM anymore when I left the airport terminal building. So if you have a late arrival you need a taxi and taxis in Amsterdam are ridiculously expensive.

We left with good impressions. We had a good rest and had a good sleep. The hotel is quiet and clean

A very quiet and peaceful place where you can really relax.The breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff at breakfast were smiling. The place where we had breakfast was very comfortable.

There was no water in the room. We arrived at night and really wanted to drink but there was no water in the room. It was really surprising that the room was of such a good standard but without a bottle of water. The girl at the reception was not very friendly when we left. We wish she would smile more.

Good hotel with good breakfast, nice for a stopover from the airport

Nice clean hotel, reasonably close to the airport, good breakfast with multiple hot items (scrambled and boiled eggs, baked beans, sausages, bacon, pancakes, etc) as well as cold items such as breads, deli meats, cheeses, jams/spreads, yogurt and a coffee machine for a variety of coffee styles.

Not really a negative, but people should be aware that airport shuttle runs certain hours and if your flight is late evening/early morning, you may need to pay for a taxi.

Excellent room for a night, near the airport with a free airport shuttle

The airport shuttle was a godsend - punctual and easy to use. I overnighted here after there were cancellations at Schiphol Airport. The room was quiet and clean. The shower was amazing; hot water very quickly. Very relaxing after a long flight worrying about my next one. I was able to de-stress a bit.

The room was a little cold. I found the thermostat after a bit, but even with it on, the room was chilly.

A triumph of visual appeal over substance - appalling food, thin on facilities, haughty staff.

Free shuttle to and from the airport was great. Room was clean but basic.

Would have liked tea and coffee making in the room. The breakfast was appalling - the hot food was cold, eggs just lumps of yuk, cardboard potatoes, tiny hotdog sausages either burnt or raw, heavily watered down juices, and far too expensive for what it was. There were very few power sockets around the table area. Overall this could have been so much better with a bit of thought.

location is near airport, rate is acceptable, free shuttle bus, very unique design style.

no bottle water, no slipper, no kettle, no mini bar, no coffee and tea bags......especially breakfast, hundreds of people were crowded in the very small restaurant. It was hard to find a place to sit. The queue for the coffee machine was so long that we didn't even get a sip until we finished our breakfast.

Quiet, clean, and the room was bigger than I expected.

The shuttle is a bit chaotic—only comes every 40 minutes and there are people scrambling to get on and get off at the same time. It could be much more orderly.

Staff unwelcoming. Refused to give us a second key-badge whereas this key is needed for light in the room and for the elevators. Packs of hairs found in the bathroom at our arrival. Broken shower. Unreplaced broken light bulbs. Shuttles not respecting timetables and crowded with people. Very long wait before being able to reach the hotel. Hotel at a significant distance from the airport. Global service totally unacceptable.

My stay at Ibis Styles Amsterdam Airport was satisfactory.

The shuttle was punctual, dependable, and free, but it was often crowded, and the trip to and from the airport took upward of 20 minutes. The shuttle served the Ibis, Ibis Budget, and Ibis Styles on each trip. Our room was clean and sufficiently large, but it had a leaky sink. The cleaning staff were dependable and efficient. We felt secure in this quiet location and slept well each night.

The breakfast was too expensive at 19.5 Euros per person (not pre-booked), but the buffet had a good selection of foods and drinks. The cost of the room was significantly less than similar accommodations downtown, but the travel time to and from the city each day (about 45 minutes each way on average) was taxing. We had a 3-day travel pass that included the airport train. There was an Albert Heijn to Go within easy walking distance of the hotel, but there was no refrigerator in the room.

Shuttle was packed- could have them running more frequently. I would’ve like to know ahead of time that there are actually three hotels with the same name and I wasn’t sure which one we were staying at. We originally got dropped off at the wrong hotel and then had to wait for another shuttle to go to the affiliate hotel. You could be more clear on the booking which Ibis hotel you have actually booked. ( green, red, or blue)

Great hotel

Lovely room, close enough to the airport, the shuttle bus was a bit late and it brings you to all other IBIS franchises until you get to yours. Apart from that The hotel is nice and clean, the decoration is cool, and the staff is excellent. I'd only suggest leaving at least one bottle of water for the guests as this is the last thing they want to search for in between long-haul flights.

Shuttle bus travel times, I thought it would be faster, there is a waiting time between hotels. Not sure if the staff were on their break time or if 11 pm is considered a peak hour.

I will definitely stay here again if I need an airport hotel.

Rooms were pleasant. The bathroom had a very cool design. The room was very clean and comfortable. The cost was very decent. There’s a free shuttle bus to and from the airport which takes around 15 minutes.

Maybe it would be better if some basic toiletries could be provided. The heating didn’t work.
