It was one of the most ridiculous experiences during my stay. The receptionist completely ignored what I was saying and did not listen at all. I booked two twin rooms for my family and paid €251, but upon arrival, I was given only a single room on the ground floor, which was noisy and uncomfortable. When I asked for an extra blanket for my children, the receptionist refused, suggesting I increase the room temperature instead, and promised to provide a blanket later, which never happened. To make matters worse, we had already endured a stressful journey due to bad weather in Amsterdam, and this experience added to our frustration. At around 23:30 CET, another receptionist informed me that two rooms were indeed reserved under my name, but by that time my family was already asleep from exhaustion. I requested a refund for the second room that was never assigned or used, but this was not addressed. This entire experience was unacceptable and caused significant inconvenience.

Will avoid going back there

Spacious and comfortable room and bathroom

Short of staff, only one person at reception to take care of check in, check out and bar, ending up in a long queue and no service. No products in the bathroom, not even a shower cap, and the soap dispensers didn’t work, impossible get the soap out. Bad location in the middle of nowhere, looks like an industrial zone. All in all not worth the price!

Clean comfortable reasonably priced accommodation

Reasonably priced clean comfortable accommodation with good transport links. Every 15mins on Xmas day, more frequent at other times. The hotel is tucked away on an industrial estate, there is a good public swimming pool and shops a 10min bus ride away, Amstelveen shopping centre, bars, cafes, cinema, Friday Market a little further. Uithoorn with riverside cafes & bars is easily accessible by tram. 45mins to Amsterdam on the bus, tap in & out with your bank card. ( don't forget to tap out) Lots to explore locally if you want to avoid the crowds in Amsterdam. Nice bike rides around the Amsterdamse Bos (forest) Westwijk local shops within walking distance. 2 buses to the Airport 357 to Amstelveen then 300 to Schipol , allow at least 45mins - 1hr Use the 9292 app for live journey planning Very happy to recommend this accommodation to others.

The automated checkin system, meant that the welcome and interaction from staff was perfunctory. The smoking area being immediately outside the main door. I understand the reasons for both of these issues and are about my personal preferences, we will definitely use this accommodation again and would recommend to others.

Hotel with no facilities in middle of nowhere. Disabled ro, non existent

Nothing, no facilities whatsoever. Booked disabled room but didn't get one. Hotel bar closed with no explanation, restaurant non existent.

Hotel bar closed, restaurant non existent. Check in didn't work, room should have been disabled access and wasn't. Air con was like having a truck in the room, so noisy yet did not cool the room. There was tea cups and tea bags, yet no kettle. The shower soaked the whole bathroom, then I slipped and fell whilst getting out. The hotel was in the middle of nowhere with no facilities for food/drinks. We only stayed as we were on an emergency medical family trip so had no choice, hence having to book for 2 nights. I'd like someone to contact me please as I feel I have not had the required service, especially for what I have paid.

Check in was a horrible experience. Check out was good, a lady Alice was extremely polite and profe.

Staff members during check in was not professional, thier behavior was rude.

A comfortable stay

Friendly, helpful reception staff. Good sized, comfortable, clean rooms. Comfy beds. Nice shower. Close to public transport

The breakfast was average with dirty cutlery, staff member who acted like she didn't want to be there and empty containers, small toaster so didn't get to have toast with others using it. Only one remote between two bedrooms but this is a minor issue. Other than the breakfast situation, it was a good stay

Good hotel if you plan to be in Amstelveen

We stayed in this hotel with my friend over the weekend. The location was close to our friend's house, that's why it was good option for us. The hotel looked quite fresh, but rather empty and it was not a surprise - it is located in a bit faraway "industrial-ish" area. Good staff, nice bar, around 10 mins walk from bus/tram station.

Overall it was actually good for our trip, but for sure not the best place if you want to spend most of the time in Amsterdam old city. Commute might be a bit lengthy and it would be much chipper to book something in the city.

Breakfast options good. Staff will cook different eggs etc if asked. Room was accessible and well provided for. Only issue was bed was a bit high for wheelchair user.

The hotel is not 4 star for sure, We have booked a Two room suite for 4 Adults, the moment we arrived at the property for the check in they weren’t sure we can stay 4 people in the room, at the end the room for good for all of us as it was a Two room Suite, the second day we asked for an Iron and tooth paste, which we were expecting to have in the room already as a 4* hotel, we had to chase them few times, the iron arrived but the tooth paste never,

Terribly ugly location and plain hotel.

It's an okay hotel.

Breakfast bacon and egg are often cold. The juices are heavily watered down. The location is terrible. Ugly industrial terrain. They tend to forget to add toilet rolls then they go into your room. Almost no staff speaks Dutch. We had a small booking issue as we booked one day later, and weren't offeref breakfast for the extra day we had to book last minute. A bit clueless and not customer friendly.

Location was good, close to public transport to get to Amsterdam and the room was a nice size. Comfortable beds.

Housekeeping threw away all my toiletries and perfumes that I had placed on the floor in shopping bags. So be careful, don’t put anything on the floor here, they will throw it away or just take it. NO apologies or compensation whatsoever.

Good alternative for airport hotel

Hotel is very close to the airport by car. The hotel and rooms are quite clean. The room is adequately spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel only offers breakfast as a meal. There is a parking lot in front.

No other meals are available besides breakfast, it's located in an area with car dealerships and service centers, and there aren't many dining options within walking distance.

Very practical hotel for travellers that do not require central location. public transport closeby.

Very good location, easy to get anywhere by car. Location is *not* central so expect to travel, by car/bike/tram to everything. Tramline is short walk away, with frequent service all day/late evening/night. Very practical hotel with good value for money. Room is spacious. Evening bar is nice.

I thought I had booked a room with a bath, but it only had shower and the receptionist/guard could not tell me what I should have booked to get a room with a bath a/o if there was made a mistake with the room assignment. Did not bother to pursue the issue. Could not find back the room I booked on booking.com after I had checked in. The beds in the room were quite hard with very thin linens. Not the most comfy beds. Breakfast is spartan, but will do, just. Only boiled eggs, no fried eggs (or maybe you have to ask?). Nothing luxurious, despite being a Best Western *Plus* hotel. Staff for dinner makes you wonder if they actually like to work there or like you as guest? Few ppl use the restaurant at evening, that's probably part of it. I choose this hotel because it has a restaurant, but it is not really enjoyable. At best convenient. But food is good, not excellent. In all I would say it is a more a 3-star hotel.

Very convenient, well equipped, well priced hotel in greater Amsterdam area

Very modern hotel. Large room, comfortable bed and desk area for work (if required). Good transport links into Amsterdam itself 20-30min tram ride and stop was less than 5mins from hotel. Staff were very helpful and accommodated all reasonable requests

They had an issue with internet mid-stay which also affected things like the front door. Had booked due to reports of it being a very good internet signal (outside this period it was) possibly the best free internet I’ve had access to in a hotel. Staff kept us up to date but it did cause some hassle for the day or so it was down.

The bathroom was absolutLy filled with hair, From somebody else. No shampoo No conditioner. Coffee that didnt fit in the coffee Machine Michael very helpfull. But couldnt find shampoo, nor,conditioner , though he tried To find it Its a pity, cause i had an occasion before in an other Best Western in Orlando. And here in yours—— VeryBad. Also, no light in the entrance… y Yesterday rained but nobody was there To clean, the entrance…. Every body had To jump. I got totally wet. Things you should please take note. Michael, was Alone. Did every thing by himself. Also- in the morning- He Made the wake-up call Not by phone.. but Made it exactly on time. Be aware please—- You Can do a lot better. Especialy.. because of the movement, and cause its near the airport. you have more than one elevador. But it had a paper saying (out of order)??? Better- (in maintenance “ You also need- light al the entrance And a lady, To be in House-keeping Hope, i Can see, changes some another time

We used a disabled accessible room. In the shower room there was only one grab rail next to the toilet but not the actual shower place. My wife would have found it much more easier if there were other grab rails, especially close to the shower to hold on to.
