Very Good as always apart from my front of house experiance

Had some breakfast, was good, bed & room comfortable, shower was good

Having stayed at your hotel several times, my only disappointment was the not warm welcome from your night staff. I think your hotel deserves to have slightly better trained staff who welcome their guests & making them valued

for one night it was good.

We was there for one night and is was good. Super thanks to Tasha at the frontdesk and the two staff from the restaurant that has given us an outstanding service.

Flat pillow, broken/loose bathroom shower holder. And the next day there was an other lady at the frontdesk, when we pass by and say good morning, she hardly answer back and without a smile.

Ok visit for one night, would not like to stay for several nights.

Location is good, nice and helpful personnel. Free parking. Beds are good and included breakfast was great. Cleanliness 👍

Rooms were noisy, traffic from road clearly present. So was the noise from people in other rooms. Door lock alarm sounds very frequent (annoying). Although clean all felt a bit dated.

Quality-price not worthy

Nice breakfast, although quality inconsistent throughout the weeks. Great morning receptionist, very kind and attent. Handy the gym pass, since the facility is right a across the parking lot.

Breakfast quality was inconsistent, some of the rooms were rather old and one bathroom had rust in the shower (I have stayed multiple times for one or two days in to the spam of two months). Some of the personnel was not very trained, which per se is not a problem unless you pay insane money for it.

Great hotel, very convenient for the city centre.

Good breakfast with a good choice of food. Room very comfortable and clean. Great location, only a 10 minute walk in to Middelburg centre. A big bonus is they have a car park.Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again.

Very tired building and rooms small and uncomfortable. Bathrooms tiny

very noisy, advertised as 4 star would struggle to make 2 star in the UK.

location was the only thing.

rooms very small and not very clean, only way to close the room door was to slam it so this means the constant noise of doors banging. shower was lukewarm, breakfast eggs inedible, boiled eggs were so overcooked they were black, scrambled eggs appeared to have cheese in them with no allergy notice warning of this. Staff appeared friendly enough although on check in we were told room would not be ready for 15 minutes so we had a drink in the bar, when returning to reception 30 minutes later we were advised room would be a further 25 to 30 minutes.

Room was not cleaned very well Man at the reception did not look away from his screen when we said good morning. During breakfast lots of tables were empty but not cleaned It's a noisy hotel, with door alarms going off a lot
