About this apartment rental
Comfortable apartment in a beautiful complex, ideal for enjoying your holidays. The apartment is part of the attractive and well-maintained Los Angeles development in Les Marines, Denia. It is known for its family-friendly, cozy atmosphere, spacious gardens, pool, tennis court, and direct beach access.
The 90 m2 apartment is distributed on one floor. We enter through the living room, next to the fully equipped separate kitchen with a laundry area.
We have a spacious living-dining room, and a hallway leads to the three double bedrooms with closets and two large bathrooms with bathtub and shower. Private covered surface parking is available.
Los Angeles is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, just a few meters from Les Marines beach, near the Las Brisas and Les Fonts shopping area. Services include a kiosk, restaurant, and cafeteria. A new Consum supermarket is just a few meters away. It\'s a 5-minute drive to the center of Denia, which offers a wide range of leisure and dining options.
The Surroundings
Facing Las Marinas Beach km 4, this is a wide, well-maintained, and uncrowded sandy beach. It offers activities for both adults and children. Restaurants, supermarkets, kiosks, bakeries, cafes, etc., are just 50 meters away in the Las Brisas shopping area. Nearby, you can find rentals for bikes, jet skis, kayaks, diving equipment, and more. A few kilometers away, you\'ll find horse riding centers, golf courses, go-kart tracks, surf schools, drive-in cinemas, and the multitude of services and activities that Denia offers.
Denia is located four hours by car from Madrid and one hour from Valencia and Alicante, on the Mediterranean Sea coast. The nearest airports, Alicante and Valencia, are an hour away via the AP7 highway. From the AP7, take exit 62 to Ondara/Denia/Javea in the direction of Denia. From Denia, take the Las Marinas road to Km 3.5.
Activities and Attractions
The sun and the sea obviously offer countless opportunities for leisure, relaxation, or activity. From doing nothing to golf, swimming, sailing, boat trips, horseback riding, hiking, nightlife, attending photography and painting exhibitions, listening to live music, savoring excellent and varied cuisine, cycling, renting jet skis, relaxing, taking care of yourself, reading while listening to the waves, watching the sunrise in Denia, buying freshly caught fish at the fish market, and watching your loved ones swim in the pool from the terrace.
