Lovely property, clean and great view.
Really unhappy to have the property changed to one much further away without any notice (we found out when we were in Scarborough) which meant we had to use the car rather than walk. Then followed calls and emails to get the key code as it had been sent to the wrong email address so we were waiting to get access.

Great location, 15 minute walk to the beach and attractions
More mirrors would have been helpful.
Ticking in the second bedroom was loud.
Few cobwebs around the ceilings.
No hot water in the kitchen.

The location . Tidy, clean bedding, kitchen had enough essentials
No tap lever in kitchen, beds and sofa need replacing as were not at all comfortable. The cleaning could have been better. First impressions great but on further inspection needs updating as furnishings ,carpet etc are worn with iron burns, and stains. Strip on shower screen needs replacing or removing and cleaned. Crack in bathroom sink and toilet seat the wrong size.
