We had a nice break, with great weather and we’re out most of the time

The location . Tidy, clean bedding, kitchen had enough essentials

No tap lever in kitchen, beds and sofa need replacing as were not at all comfortable. The cleaning could have been better. First impressions great but on further inspection needs updating as furnishings ,carpet etc are worn with iron burns, and stains. Strip on shower screen needs replacing or removing and cleaned. Crack in bathroom sink and toilet seat the wrong size.

More mirrors would have been helpful. Ticking in the second bedroom was loud. Few cobwebs around the ceilings. No hot water in the kitchen.

Despite the small inconveniences we thouroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Although there was only one street parking, we we able to park out the property on our return each evening. The location was within easy walking distance of town and its attractions.

There were no intstructions on the operation of the applicance or what the recycling policy of the town is.

Pleasant but improvements needed

Proximity to sea front and space in the apartment for the family.

The apartment wasn't clean to a good standard on arrival in my opinion and there were things that needed fixing like the sink tap in the kitchen, two of the dining table chairs were on their last legs and a bedside table was falling apart. The carpet also needs a really good clean! The apartment could be much nicer if these improvements are made.

Enjoyed the space and the facilities of the apartment, and the location wasn't far from the town or the beach. I would definitely recommend it, and I'd come back to stay here. I loved my weekend away

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was great for us, as we were attending an event at the Spa complex and it was only a 15 minute walk to the south bay.

A non stick frying pan would have been useful, but not a big issue

Had a lovely time. Apartment was cosy and homely for the whole family.

The apart Meant was very spacious with everything available. Bed were very comfortable and was close to the sea front.

The hot water ran out after one bath and their were 5 of us staying so not ideal.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Spacious with really good facilities.

The property was spacious, very comfortable and finished to a high standard. All very clean and tidy with all appliances working perfectly. Ideally situated for visiting Scarborough and other North Yorks attractions. Shops and restaurants just around the corner. Parking easy with permits provided.

There was a lack of information about rubbish disposal and recycling. There were no instructions for ensuring hot water in the morning which was sometimes cold.

So nice to walk in and see a flame effect fire glowing, especially after a rain soaked journey.- felt very welcoming. A nice, clean, well equipped appartment. A lovely welcome hamper provided too.

The location was excellent and the facilities first class. The location was quiet and within walking distance of the South bay and the town. The facilities were more than adequate

Not as clean as I expected, especially the bathroom, mould on the bath tub screen, shower head faulty. The person of contact hasn't answered my calls until they realised they didn't have my card details for the payment.

Fantastically located property to enjoy Scarbourgh

Lots of space. Comfy beds. Great kitchen facilities. Fantastic shower. Good that you could log in to Netflix or Amazon to watch your TV programmes. Very quiet. Walking distance to Scarborough Town centre. Sainsbury's supermarket with essentials literally just across the road. Parking space on the street outside that we had a permit for the duration of our stay. A second TV in the main bedroom. Good heating.

Nice Apartment very quiet area

Lots of hot water. Big bedrooms. Bath an shower good. Good kitchen equipment. Washer Dryer and full fridge freezer very good touches. Beds very comfortable.

The television reception was not good and we had to reposition the aeral wire. Front door was sticking. A welcome pack with user guides would be very useful if provided. Glass top table was dangerous for the children. Would have liked a dvd player. Parking was difficult with ticket provided.
