Located 20 minutes walk from the beach of Rochebonne, 10 minutes from the center of Paramé, its shops and its market, located in a quiet area, this pleasant house renovated in 2018, will welcome you for the best possible stay.

It has a large living room open to the kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub upstairs, and a shower for your beach returns in the basement.

You will find all the necessary comforts: equipped and done up kitchen, barbecue, living room of garden, deckchairs, television, WIFI, various Games, ...

The basement will allow you to store your bikes, boards, kayaks, ....

We spent 2 nice weeks in St.Malo, the house is well located, very quiet area and bakery/market within some minutes walk. The house was very clean and super equipped (especially the kitchen) and the owners very friendly. We will come back! 👍🏼😀

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite, la maison est charmante, pratique, bien équipée, et au calme ! Denis est très accueillant et disponible. Nous avons pu profiter des environs et nous reposer: le jardin est parfait pour cela. Le centre de Paramé est tout proche à pied, parfait pour aller à la boulangerie, au marché en respirant le bon air de Bretagne. Les plages sont accessibles aussi à pied. Cancale, Dinard, le Mont Saint Michel sont à quelques minutes en voiture pour de belles visites et randonnées. Je recommande vivement cette location !

Contacts rapides et efficaces avec Denis le propriétaire. Maison très propre, bien agencée et conforme à l'annonce. Tous les commerces nécessaires sont à 5 min à pieds. Maison très bien située pour rayonner et découvrir la région. A recommander.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war extrem sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad gut zu bewältigen Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, der Check in sehr unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Haus mieten. Sabine und Freundinnen

Le lieu et la maison vous laissent vous sentir comme chez vous dès le départ. Tout est soigné, la maison est tout confort. La terrasse et le jardin sont de très bon goût. L’accueil et la communication ont été parfait ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle région à découvrir! De plus la maison est très bien située pour pouvoir visiter de nombreux endroits sans faire beaucoup de route. Je recommande vivement ! Vanessa
