Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in Saint-Malo, just 450 metres from Val Beach. It has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy an enclosed garden of approximately 600 m².
The property is laid out as follows:

- A living room with sofas, armchairs and a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A small bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
- A utility room located in the garage and accessible from the kitchen, with washing machine, tumble dryer and garden furniture.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1 with two single beds, a table football table and a desk area
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds
- Bedroom 3 with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4 with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet.
