The location was handy for the South Bay and Town and it was nice having a dedicated parking space. The flat was well laid out and it was nice to have a freezer rather than just an ice box.
You need to be careful of the sloping ceilings due to being on the top floor but you get used to them after the first day or so. There are four flights of stairs which can be a bit tight if you have large luggage but there is a reasonable size landing at the top of each flight.

Really fantastic property for both location and facilities. Like a home from home and the owner Andy was very helpful and accommodating with everything.
Just to note that Scarborough is a very hilly place and as the flat is on the third floor it wouldn't be a suitable place for anyone with mobility issues.
