Location great, nice clean comfy small apartment perfect to use as a base for a weeks holiday.
Had a problem with our electricity so was left without any but luckily it happened on our last day. After contacting the owner they was quick to get on the case but with no solution being able to found that afternoon they did offer to move us to another accommodation which was really good of them.

Very clean, well equipped, large fridge freezer, modern, bed linen and pillows exceptional quality, great size TV, safe and secure, street parking available did not need permit. South beach gardens just around the corner stunning! Clock cafe great for breakfasts
No microwave, internet played up for 2 days, shower was never hot, had to keep boosting heating to stay warm as it went off frequently, be aware it’s on the top 3rd floor, window cracked in kitchen, was unsafe to open ( reported this)small hanging space no wardrobe
