Amazing location.
Lift to apartment.
The washing machine broke on first day, but compensation was offered.
The online check in system didn't work smoothly.
The communication was not great.
The sofa bed was not the most comfortable.
It's small for 4 people.

The location, right next to the Jardin du Luxembourg, is amazing. The apartment is small but has everything and you have a clear view out of the windows. The check in instructions were clear and easy once you complete the check-in link (for which I did need some help. it host Alexis was responsive and helpful).
