An Attractive Paris Flat near Jardin du Luxembourg , Saint-Germain

The accommodation is in an excellent location, just a two-minute walk from the Luxembourg Gardens. There is hardly any traffic on the surrounding streets, making it a quiet and peaceful area. There are also several excellent bakeries, cafés, and small grocery stores right in the neighborhood. The apartment is like a little jewel box. It has a washing machine with a drying function (detergent was also provided), a dishwasher with tablets, and a very well-equipped kitchen with cooking oil, salt, coffee capsules, tea, pepper, and a few spices. The cookware is of excellent quality and in perfect condition, with no scratches. Cutlery, towels, shampoo, shower gel, bed linen, a fan, a coffee maker, a kettle, and many other essentials were also provided. The temperature outside reached around 30°C during the day, but the apartment still remained pleasantly cool. The bathroom and kitchen fittings and appliances are of excellent quality, with brands such as Hansgrohe, Villeroy & Boch, Smeg, Krups, and Philips. It genuinely felt like staying in a luxury apartment! I travelled with my family, including two young children. Our flight arrived in Paris at 8:30 a.m., and we were able to arrange with the host to drop off our luggage at the accommodation as early as 10:15 a.m., before she started cleaning after the previous guests. This saved us the cost of a full day of luggage storage! The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and communication via WhatsApp was exceptionally smooth and easy. This has officially become our new favourite accommodation!

Excellent location, very close to Jardin du Luxembourg and close to restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. Apartment was comfortable and very clean, it was a great choice for me and my family. Fan was a fantastic host, always available when needed.

Appartement très bien situé. Plein centre de Paris. Proche du métro. Notre hôte est accueillante et disponible. Appartement assez fonctionnel et propre. SdB très agréable.

Tout disjoncte si le chauffage et le four fonctionnent en même temps. Il a donc fallu faire des choix. Arrêter les radiateurs pour poursuivre l'utilisation du four. Ancien commerce transformé en appartement. Vitrine avec porte vitrée donnant directement sur le trottoir. Isolation acoustique vraiment pas terrible. Plus confortable pour 2 personnes que pour 4, mais ça reste jouable pour un week-end. Appartement cher par rapport au niveau des prestations offertes.
