This accommodation is perched on the 9th and top floor. There is an elevator. The view is unique! Its 20m² terrace allows you to have lunch or dinner or sunbathe. It is therefore a stone's throw from St Germain des Prés, one of the most sought-after left bank districts of Paris (bars, restaurants, Le Bon Marché, Place St Sulpice, etc.).

Marc’s apartment exceeded our expectations — clean, tidy, and with all the necessary comforts. The views alone made our stay memorable. The location in the 6ème was perfect and we enjoyed exploring our little “village” around the corner — plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, etc. Most days our travels included walking through the Luxembourg gardens across the street. So fun to see the people enjoying a lovely day out under the chestnut trees and the children sailing little boats on the pond. And to end every day watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle from your very own terrace is magical! Thank you, Marc, for sharing your little gem!
