The apartment features a main living area on the ground floor (20 m²) and a mezzanine upstairs with two very comfortable bedrooms (ceiling height of 1.70 m—mind your head if you're tall!).
Fully opaque curtains allow you to darken the entire apartment for a peaceful night’s sleep without being disturbed by daylight.
Very quiet, the apartment is equipped with a TV, ultra-fast Wi-Fi (fiber), a Nespresso machine (capsules included), an oven/microwave, as well as all the dishes and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals at home.

This apartment was the perfect little place for our week in Paris. We had just what we needed- a little kitchenette, 2 separate sleeping nooks, a work space, an expandable table, a little love seat and a great shower. (And the ever important washer/dryer). The apartment is very private and quiet right off a courtyard near the Luxembourg Gardens. It felt very safe and had a walkable neighborhood. There is a place where you can buy fresh bread and pastries within 2 blocks, and a grocery store as well. The metro is less than 5 minute walk and is a gateway to the entire city. Our host was a true gem- incredibly helpful and accommodating. (I would warn that the veiling space in the bathroom and loft rooms is very low. We are all short- less than 5’5” so this wasn’t an issue and we loved it! If we get to come back to Paris, I would definitely stay here again!

I did not carefully research the size of this property when I booked months ahead. Turned out it was too small for four adults, two of which were six feet or taller. Even I hit my head a couple times entering the bedroom at 5'6.The two bedroom, two bath was appealing to us, as we were traveling with another couple. Turned out that one of the bedrooms only had a twin bed. A disappointment to say the least. The two bathrooms were one the commode and the other a shower plus sink. It was tricky sharing this with 4 adults.The location was perfect for our walking adventures, as we saw many of Paris's museums and lots of city life getting there.Archibald was creative with the check-in process, using a video showing all the steps. Worked well.
